Booking conditions
• Reservations are confirmed after receipt of a deposit of 35%.
• From May 29 to September 29, minimum booking: 3 nights
• From 30 September to 28 May, minimum booking: 2 nights

Terms of cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified by the customer (by a letter or an e-mail) addressed to the owner.
If the cancellation occurs:
• Less than 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will remain with the owner.
• Less than 72 hours before the beginning of the stay, or if the customer does not appear before 7:00 pm on the agreed day of the beginning of the stay (unless he/she warned of a late arrival) the deposit remains in the possession of the owner who will claim and / or will take the balance of the total price of the stay.
• In case of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the total cost of the stay remains in the possession of the owner who will claim or will take the balance of the price of the stay.
To avoid any inconvenience concerning a possible cancellation, we suggest that you subscribe for a cancellation insurance with your insurance company or Mondial Assistance.

Particular dispositions :
• Rooms are available from 4:00 pm and must be vacated by 11:00 am. In case of late departure (after 11:00) the sum of 25 € will be charged to the customer.
• We regret not being able to welcome children to the Mas for security reasons.
• No extra beds can be placed in the room.
• Pets, large and small, are not allowed in the farmhouse
• The house and rooms are non-smoking.
• In case of damage or loss of keys, the repair or replacement will be billed to the customer.
